DIY eLearning provides this Privacy Policy to answer some
of the questions you may have about the types of information we may collect and
receive and what we may do with that information. By entering this website, you

When you sign up for a DIY eLearning account, we ask you for personal
information (such as your name, email address, user name, password, and a security
question and answer). When you purchase any of our products, we also
collect your address and purchasing information, including credit card
data. This required information is
necessary for us and our billing processors to process transactions for
you, protect you against credit card fraud, and contact you. DIY eLearning
collects information about your transactions with us, including
information about your use of the products and services that we offer. In
our database, we keep an incomplete credit card number, only the last 4
digits. This is used to identify the card type and to verify queries from
customers. The incomplete card number cannot be used to make purchases.

Data When you visit our website, we
collect some technical information related to your computer and the manner
in which you are accessing our site and includes such information as the
internet protocol (IP) address of your computer, what operating system
your computer is using, what browser software (e.g., Explorer, Netscape or
other) your computer is using, and who your Internet service provider is,
the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the web site from which
you just came and the URL to which you go next and certain operating metrics,
such as the amount of time you use our website. This general information
may be used to help us better understand how our site is viewed and used.
We may share some general information about our site with our business
partners or the general public. For example, we may share information
regarding the daily number of unique users to our site with potential
corporate partners or advertising opportunities. This information does not
contain any of your personal data that can be used
to contact you or identify you.

posted by individuals on the DIY eLearning blog or forums is public and

If you register in one of our forums, this information is available to us,
and you can set whether this becomes of publicly viewable by setting your

Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that DIY eLearning does
not own or control, or to people that DIY eLearning does not employ or

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your
Account Information and Preferences
- You can edit your DIY eLearning account information at

- While we usually give you the opportunity to opt out,
we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the DIY
eLearning service, such as service announcements, administrative messages
and the DIY eLearning Newsletter, that are considered part of your DIY
eLearning account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of
receiving them.
- You can delete your DIY eLearning account by emailing

DIY
eLearning only shares personal information with other companies or individuals
outside of DIY eLearning in the following limited circumstances:
